New Moms Rehabilitation
Trai142 specializes in Postpartum corrective exercises which includes strength and rehabilitation for new moms. Corrective exercises are required post delivery to rebuild strength in muscles particularly those in the core, pelvic floor, back, and hips, which may have weakened during pregnancy and delivery.
